About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of everwardrunning.com and purchases from Everward Running. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies presented with your purchase. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Using our store
Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and keep any account credentials secure. Use the store lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with store security, or misuse another person’s information.
Products and availability
Available sizes, materials, colors, and care instructions are described in individual product listings. Please review the product description and sizing information before purchasing.
Colors may appear differently across screens. This does not excuse an item that materially differs from its description.
Concept images and interest surveys are for development and research unless expressly identified as products available to purchase. Joining our email list or sharing your shoe size does not reserve a product or guarantee that a particular size or design will be offered.
Prices, payments, and orders
Prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the order total are displayed at checkout before payment. Products are subject to availability.
If a stock shortage or material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
If we cannot fulfill your order, or you decline a proposed change, we will cancel the affected items and refund the amount paid for them, including applicable taxes and any shipping charge attributable to the canceled portion.

Shopify powers our store and checkout. Payment providers and other third-party services may have additional terms presented when you use them.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages. Order-related messages may still be sent.
Brand content
Everward Running’s original logos, artwork, photographs, and written content belong to Everward Running or their respective rights holders. Browsing or purchasing from the store does not grant permission to reproduce brand assets for commercial use.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future use of the store and future purchases. The version presented when you place an order governs that order. Later updates do not retroactively remove your existing rights.
